I chose the bagger for the comfort. It really makes a difference on a long ride. Been on a few and aside from the heat, it is great.

lotsa ways to combat that heat issue in the summer: remove the heat baffle under the triple trees, remove the lower fairings, add the exhaust heat deflectors (mounts under the seat, onto the frame and deflects heat from your legs back towards the motor).
