Early morning ride 2007/11/28 01:51 Karma: 0
Took the Softail to work this morning (42 degrees). Man what a sweet ride. The roads were a little wet, but the weather was just right.Went right on by work and rode for a good 30 minutes before going back. Ah life is good on the back of a Harley Davidson. Have about 1500 miles on her now and she really starting to loosen up.

Hope this forum starts to show some life!

Must be nice to still take those early morning rides. If I tried riding to work today Id be dodging salt trucks on the express way in 28 degree weather.

Same here, I have about 2 foot of snow on the ground. My scoot is setting in the garage with 2 heaters blasting trying to keep her thawed (about 10Far). I live right at the foothills of the Austrian Alps and they use some wicked salt and chemicals on the roads here. I would not even want my scoot in contact with that mess. Enjoy Northern Ca weather because it is not bad in light of other areas.

Mna, what I would give to be able to cruise my Harley to work. Man, you are living the dream.
Life is a highway, I wanta ride it all night long!
