Folks, if you ever get the opportunity to ride in Europe DO IT. Last year my wife and I took our Roadking throughout europe and it was fantastic. Many Europeans ride and they are all very friendly to bikers. At all gas stops be prepared to try and answer questions (language practice) about your Harley. They love them over here.

My wife and I took a 16 day 3500 mile adventure. We rode thru Germany, Austrian Alps, Vienna, Switzerland, Italy, Rome, Florence, Venice, France, Paris, Nancy and The Netherlands, Amsterdam and The Hague. It was an awsome experience. People were friendly the entire way and some of the best scenery in the world. Riding in large cities in Europe is very dangerous though. Cobblestone streets and no regard for traffic laws at all, quite eye opening and scary at times.

We stayed in Guesthouses with no trouble at all. I took many pictures but I have not had them converted to Digital yet.

Absolutely a once in a lifetime experience.

Wow thats great, would love to see the pictures. Longest ride so far on Mary Jane is about 300 miles. Can't wait for summer. 3500 miles is just awesome!
